The focus of the weekend will be Sankalpa - going beyond resolutions.  

New Year's resolutions tend to focus on what we are lacking.  Sanklapa states we already are that which we seek.

When we energize the body and focus the mind we are well on our way to connecting to that which we truly desire.

Welcome to Crossville Center of Dance Events page.  Throughout the year we have guest instructors conduct master classes, workshops, and intensives at our Studio.  These classes are open to the public.  Please visit this page often as we will update when new events are scheduled.

Meet Rebecca:

Rebecca Dennis has a 37-year hatha yoga practice which includes the styles of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Integral, and Bhakti yoga, as well as 23 years of meditation practice. She has traveled twice to India, where she studied with Ashtanga master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Since teaching her first class over twenty years ago, Rebecca has developed a unique teaching style. Her knowledge of many yoga lineages and her joyful, non-dogmatic approach appeal to students of many backgrounds. Rebecca incorporates poetry, music, movement and humor to demystify esoteric teachings and make yoga more relevant in our present culture. Her teaching empowers students to take advantage of their inner wisdom and play a more active role in achieving the benefits of yoga. Rebecca is the creator of the Laughing Bodies Get Up and Go Home Practice Series and Laughing Bodies, 200 hour Teacher Training Program. Rebecca currently resides in Escondido, CA with her son Sammy.
